बेटे ने ही रची पिता के पैसों की चोरी की साजिश, तीन दोस्तों संग पकड़ा गया; 1 लाख रुपये और तमंचा बरामद

पिलखुवा पुलिस ने चोरी की एक सनसनीखेज वारदात का खुलासा करते हुए चार आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया है। हैरानी की बात यह है कि चोरी की इस वारदात का मास्टरमाइंड खुद पीड़ित का बेटा निकला, जिसने अपने तीन साथियों के साथ मिलकर पिता के एक लाख रुपये से भरे बैग पर हाथ साफ कर दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपितों के कब्जे से चोरी की पूरी रकम, अवैध तमंचा, कारतूस, मोबाइल फोन, चोरी किया गया बैग तथा घटना में प्रयुक्त दो मोटरसाइकिल बरामद की हैं। 

                      

बीएनएस के अनावरण के दौरान पुलिस टीम ने सीताराम फैक्ट्री से डूहरी गैस एजेंसी मार्ग की ओर जाने वाले कच्चे रास्ते से चार युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया।

गिरफ्तार आरोपितों की पहचान गौरव पुत्र सतीश उर्फ पिल्लू, विक्की उर्फ ब्रेटली पुत्र सुशील, मनीष पुत्र रामपाल निवासी ग्राम मुकीमपुर थाना भोजपुर जनपद गाजियाबाद तथा अमित पुत्र अजब सिंह निवासी ग्राम डूहरी थाना पिलखुवा के रूप में हुई है।

पूछताछ में सामने आया कि गौरव को पहले से जानकारी थी कि उसके पिता बैंक से बड़ी रकम निकालकर ला रहे हैं। उसने अपने तीन दोस्तों के साथ मिलकर चोरी की योजना बनाई और पिता का पीछा किया। पुलिस के अनुसार पीड़ित सतीश उर्फ पिल्लू दिल्ली-लखनऊ हाईवे पर पिलर संख्या 143 के पास स्थित एक होटल के निकट वाहन से बैग टांगकर शौच के लिए झाड़ियों की ओर गए थे। इसी दौरान आरोपित बैग लेकर फरार हो गए।

पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपितों ने स्वीकार किया कि चोरी की गई रकम को आपस में बांट लिया गया था। हालांकि पुलिस की तत्परता के चलते उन्हें रकम खर्च करने का मौका नहीं मिला। पुलिस ने आरोपितों के कब्जे से कुल एक लाख रुपये नकद बरामद कर लिए।

तलाशी के दौरान विक्की उर्फ ब्रेटली के पास से एक अवैध 315 बोर तमंचा और दो जिंदा कारतूस भी बरामद हुए। इसके अलावा चार मोबाइल फोन, पीड़ित का आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड सहित चोरी किया गया बैग भी बरामद किया गया। 

पुलिस ने बरामदगी के आधार पर मुकदमे में धारा 317(2), 3(5) बीएनएस की बढ़ोतरी की है। वहीं अवैध हथियार बरामद होने पर विक्की उर्फ ब्रेटली के खिलाफ आर्म्स एक्ट की धारा 3/25 भी जोड़ी गई है। 

घटना में प्रयुक्त दो स्प्लेंडर मोटरसाइकिलों को मोटर वाहन अधिनियम की धारा 207 के तहत सीज कर दिया गया है। पिलखुवा पुलिस का कहना है कि मामले में आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है तथा आरोपितों को न्यायालय में पेश किया जाएगा।

                           

Son Masterminds Theft of Father's Cash, Four Arrested with ₹1 Lakh, Illegal Weapon Recovered

Hapur: Pilkhuwa Police successfully solved a theft case within a short period and arrested four accused involved in stealing ₹1 lakh. In a shocking revelation, the victim's own son turned out to be the mastermind behind the crime. Police recovered the stolen cash, an illegal firearm, live cartridges, mobile phones, the stolen bag containing important documents, and two motorcycles used in the commission of the offence.

According to police officials, the arrests were made during a special campaign against criminal activities launched under the directions of the Superintendent of Police, Hapur. On June 25, 2026, a police team apprehended four accused from a dirt road near Sitaram Factory and the Duhri Gas Agency route.

The arrested accused have been identified as Gaurav (27), son of Satish alias Pillu; Vicky alias Bretlee (29), son of Sushil; Manish (23), son of Rampal, all residents of Mukimpur village under Bhojpur Police Station in Ghaziabad district; and Amit (25), son of Ajab Singh, a resident of Duhri village under Pilkhuwa Police Station, Hapur.

During interrogation, the accused confessed that they had jointly planned the theft. Gaurav revealed that he was aware his father was carrying a large amount of cash withdrawn from a bank. He, along with his three friends, followed his father on motorcycles and waited for an opportunity to execute the theft.

Police said that the victim, Satish alias Pillu, had stopped near a hotel close to Pillar No. 143 on the Delhi-Lucknow Highway and briefly moved towards nearby bushes, leaving his cash-filled bag hanging on his vehicle. Taking advantage of the situation, the accused stole the bag and fled.

The accused further admitted that they had divided the stolen money among themselves. However, they were arrested before they could spend any of the cash.

During the search operation, police recovered:

₹1,00,000 in cash

One illegal .315 bore country-made pistol

Two live .315 bore cartridges

Four mobile phones

The stolen bag containing the complainant’s Aadhaar Card and PAN Card

Two Hero Splendor motorcycles used in the crime

Following the recovery, police added Sections 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) to the case. Additionally, an offence under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act was invoked against accused Vicky alias Bretlee for possessing the illegal firearm.

The two motorcycles used in the theft, bearing registration numbers UP16CN8385 and UP37L5902, have been seized under Section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

Police stated that further legal proceedings are underway and all four accused will be produced before the court. The swift action by Pilkhuwa Police led to the complete recovery of the stolen amount and the successful resolution of the case.
