एचपीडीए की बड़ी कार्रवाई, छह कोचिंग संस्थान और लाइब्रेरी बंद

हापुड़-पिलखुवा विकास प्राधिकरण (HPDA) ने नियमों का पालन न करने वाले कोचिंग संस्थानों और लाइब्रेरी के खिलाफ अभियान चलाते हुए छह प्रतिष्ठानों को सील कर दिया। कार्रवाई हापुड़ और पिलखुवा क्षेत्र में निरीक्षण के दौरान की गई।

प्राधिकरण अधिकारियों के अनुसार, जांच के समय संबंधित संस्थान आवश्यक भवन स्वीकृति दस्तावेज, अग्निशमन विभाग की अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र (NOC) और सुरक्षा संबंधी व्यवस्थाएं प्रस्तुत नहीं कर सके। कई स्थानों पर आग से बचाव के जरूरी उपकरण भी नहीं मिले।

निरीक्षण के बाद हापुड़ और पिलखुवा में संचालित छह कोचिंग सेंटर एवं लाइब्रेरी को प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई के तहत बंद कर दिया गया। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि विद्यार्थियों की सुरक्षा और भवन मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए यह कदम उठाया गया है।

प्राधिकरण ने स्पष्ट किया है कि नियमों की अनदेखी करने वाले अन्य संस्थानों की भी जांच की जाएगी और अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा।

                                

HPDA Takes Action Against Non-Compliant Coaching Institutes, Six Centers Sealed

The Hapur-Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA) has launched an enforcement drive against coaching institutes and libraries allegedly operating without fulfilling mandatory safety and regulatory requirements. As part of the campaign, six establishments were sealed in Hapur and Pilkhuwa.

Officials stated that during inspections, several institutions failed to provide approved building plans, fire department No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and other required compliance documents. In some cases, basic fire safety equipment was also found to be missing.

Following the inspection, authorities took action and sealed six coaching centers and libraries. The move was aimed at ensuring student safety and enforcing building and fire safety regulations.

HPDA officials have indicated that the inspection campaign will continue, and additional action may be taken against institutions found violating prescribed norms.
