सिंभावली शुगर ग्रुप की संचालक के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई, दो थानों में मुकदमा दर्ज

हापुड़ जिले में सिंभावली शुगर ग्रुप की संचालक गुरसिमरन मान कौर के खिलाफ पुलिस ने धोखाधड़ी और गन्ना भुगतान से जुड़े आरोपों के मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज की है। यह कार्रवाई गन्ना समिति के सचिव द्वारा दी गई शिकायत और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारियों के निर्देश पर की गई।

शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया है कि चीनी मिलों द्वारा गन्ने और उससे जुड़े उत्पादों की बिक्री से प्राप्त धनराशि का उपयोग किसानों के बकाया भुगतान के बजाय अन्य कार्यों में किया गया। इसके चलते किसानों का भुगतान लंबे समय से प्रभावित होता रहा।

बताया गया है कि समूह की विभिन्न चीनी मिलों पर किसानों का करोड़ों रुपये का बकाया भुगतान लंबित है। भुगतान संकट के कारण कुछ इकाइयों का संचालन भी प्रभावित हुआ और कई क्षेत्रों का गन्ना अन्य मिलों को भेजना पड़ा।

शिकायत में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि बैंकों से लिए गए ऋणों के भुगतान में देरी होने के कारण वित्तीय स्थिति कमजोर हुई, जिससे मिलों की कार्यप्रणाली और भुगतान व्यवस्था पर असर पड़ा।

पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार, शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है और पूरे प्रकरण की जांच की जा रही है। जांच के बाद आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

                           

FIR Registered Against Simbhaoli Sugar Group Owner Over Cane Payment Allegations

Police have registered FIRs against Gursimran Mann Kaur, associated with Simbhaoli Sugar Group, following allegations related to unpaid sugarcane dues and financial irregularities. The action was taken after a formal complaint was submitted by a sugarcane committee official and subsequent directions from senior police authorities.

According to the complaint, funds generated from the sale of sugar, molasses, bagasse, and other by-products were allegedly diverted to purposes other than clearing farmers' pending payments. As a result, sugarcane dues reportedly continued to accumulate over the years.

The complaint further states that several sugar mills under the group are facing substantial outstanding liabilities toward farmers. Financial difficulties have also affected mill operations, with some sugarcane supplies reportedly being redirected to other mills.

It has also been alleged that delays in loan repayments led to financial stress and banking restrictions, which further impacted the mills' ability to manage payments effectively.

Police officials confirmed that cases have been registered and an investigation is underway. Appropriate legal action will be taken based on the findings of the inquiry.
