20.5 लाख रुपये की लागत से तीन नई सीसी सड़कों का होगा निर्माण, ग्रामीणों को मिलेगी बेहतर आवागमन सुविधा

धौलाना क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों को जल्द ही खराब और जर्जर सड़कों की समस्या से राहत मिलने वाली है। ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण विभाग ने क्षेत्र के दो गांवों में सड़क निर्माण कार्य कराने की तैयारी पूरी कर ली है। करीब 20.5 लाख रुपये की लागत से तीन नई सीसी (सीमेंट कंक्रीट) सड़कों का निर्माण कराया जाएगा, जिससे ग्रामीणों को आवागमन में होने वाली परेशानियों से छुटकारा मिलेगा और स्थानीय बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूती मिलेगी।

विभागीय अधिकारियों के अनुसार लंबे समय से गांव पारपा और शौलाना के कई मार्ग खराब स्थिति में थे। बरसात के दिनों में इन सड़कों पर जलभराव और कीचड़ की समस्या के कारण लोगों को भारी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता था। स्कूल जाने वाले बच्चों, किसानों और दैनिक कार्यों के लिए आने-जाने वाले ग्रामीणों को विशेष रूप से परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही थी।

ग्रामीणों की मांग के बाद बनी योजना

ग्रामीणों द्वारा लगातार सड़क निर्माण की मांग उठाई जा रही थी। स्थानीय लोगों ने कई बार प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों को सड़क की खराब स्थिति से अवगत कराया था। शिकायतों और निरीक्षण के बाद संबंधित विभाग ने इन मार्गों को प्राथमिकता सूची में शामिल करते हुए निर्माण कार्य की मंजूरी प्रदान की।

अधिकारियों का कहना है कि क्षेत्र में बेहतर सड़क संपर्क उपलब्ध कराना सरकार की प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है। इसी क्रम में इन परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति दी गई है ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी शहरी स्तर की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें।

पारपा गांव में बनेंगी दो प्रमुख सड़कें

योजना के तहत गांव पारपा में दो नई सीसी सड़कों का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। दोनों सड़कों पर लगभग 9-9 लाख रुपये की लागत खर्च की जाएगी। इन मार्गों के निर्माण से गांव के अंदरूनी हिस्सों में आवागमन सुगम होगा और लोगों को धूल, कीचड़ तथा गड्ढों की समस्या से राहत मिलेगी।

स्थानीय ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि वर्षों से सड़कें टूटी हुई थीं, जिसके कारण वाहनों की आवाजाही भी प्रभावित हो रही थी। सड़क निर्माण पूरा होने के बाद गांव के लोगों को बड़ी सुविधा मिलेगी।

शौलाना गांव में विधायक निधि से बनेगी सड़क

इसके अलावा गांव शौलाना में विधायक धर्मेश तोमर की निधि से लगभग 2.5 लाख रुपये की लागत से एक सीसी सड़क का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। यह सड़क स्थानीय आबादी को मुख्य मार्ग से जोड़ने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। ग्रामीणों का मानना है कि सड़क बनने से क्षेत्र के विकास को नई गति मिलेगी और लोगों की दैनिक समस्याएं कम होंगी।

टेंडर प्रक्रिया शुरू, जल्द शुरू होगा निर्माण

ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण विभाग ने सड़क निर्माण के लिए टेंडर प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। विभागीय स्तर पर आवश्यक औपचारिकताएं पूरी की जा रही हैं और ठेकेदारों के चयन के बाद निर्माण कार्य आरंभ कर दिया जाएगा।

अधिकारियों का कहना है कि कार्य को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा कराया जाएगा, ताकि ग्रामीणों को जल्द से जल्द इसका लाभ मिल सके।

विकास कार्यों से बढ़ेगी ग्रामीण सुविधाएं

विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सड़क निर्माण केवल आवागमन को बेहतर नहीं बनाता, बल्कि शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कृषि और स्थानीय व्यापार को भी बढ़ावा देता है। बेहतर सड़क संपर्क से गांवों की आर्थिक गतिविधियां मजबूत होती हैं और लोगों की जीवनशैली में सकारात्मक बदलाव आता है।

ग्रामीण अभियंत्रण विभाग की अधिशासी अभियंता Neha Verma ने बताया कि धौलाना क्षेत्र के गांव पारपा और शौलाना में सीसी सड़क निर्माण के लिए टेंडर जारी कर दिए गए हैं। प्रक्रिया पूरी होते ही निर्माण कार्य शुरू करा दिया जाएगा और गुणवत्ता के साथ समय पर कार्य पूरा कराने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

                                 

Three New CC Roads to Be Constructed at a Cost of ₹20.5 Lakh, Better Connectivity for Villagers

Hapur: Residents of villages in the Dhaulana area will soon get relief from the problem of damaged and dilapidated roads. The Rural Engineering Department has completed preparations for road construction projects in two villages. Three new Cement Concrete (CC) roads will be constructed at an estimated cost of ₹20.5 lakh, improving transportation facilities and strengthening local infrastructure.

According to departmental officials, several roads in the villages of Parpa and Shaulana have been in poor condition for a long time. During the rainy season, waterlogging and muddy conditions on these roads create significant difficulties for residents. School-going children, farmers, and daily commuters have been particularly affected by these problems.

Plan Approved Following Villagers' Demand

Villagers had been continuously demanding the construction of these roads. Local residents repeatedly informed administrative officials and public representatives about the poor condition of the roads. After receiving complaints and conducting inspections, the concerned department included these routes in its priority list and approved the construction work.

Officials stated that providing better road connectivity in rural areas is among the government's key priorities. These projects have been sanctioned to ensure that villagers receive infrastructure facilities comparable to those available in urban areas.

Two Major Roads to Be Built in Parpa Village

Under the project, two new CC roads will be constructed in Parpa village. Approximately ₹9 lakh will be spent on each road. The construction of these roads will improve accessibility within the village and provide relief from dust, mud, and potholes.

Local residents said that the roads had remained damaged for years, affecting the movement of vehicles. Once the construction is completed, villagers are expected to benefit significantly from improved connectivity.

Road in Shaulana Village to Be Built Through MLA Fund

In addition, a CC road will be constructed in Shaulana village through the development fund of MLA Dharmesh Tomar at a cost of around ₹2.5 lakh. This road will play an important role in connecting the local population to the main road network.

Villagers believe that the new road will accelerate development in the area and help resolve many of their daily commuting problems.

Tender Process Underway, Construction to Begin Soon

The Rural Engineering Department has already initiated the tender process for the road construction projects. Necessary formalities are being completed, and construction work will begin once contractors are selected.

Officials said that the work will be carried out according to prescribed standards and completed within the stipulated time frame so that villagers can benefit as soon as possible.

Development Works to Enhance Rural Facilities

Experts believe that road construction in rural areas not only improves transportation but also supports education, healthcare, agriculture, and local businesses. Better road connectivity strengthens economic activities and contributes to an improved quality of life.

Executive Engineer Neha Verma of the Rural Engineering Department stated that tenders have been issued for the CC road construction projects in Parpa and Shaulana villages of the Dhaulana region. Construction work will commence as soon as the process is completed, and efforts will be made to ensure timely completion with high-quality standards.
