कावड़ यात्रा को लेकर प्रशासन अलर्ट, हर किलोमीटर पर मिलेगा पेयजल और स्वास्थ्य शिविर, अफवाह फैलाने वालों पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई

श्रावण मास में आयोजित होने वाली कावड़ यात्रा-2026 को लेकर जिला प्रशासन ने तैयारियां तेज कर दी हैं। कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना, पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह और मुख्य विकास अधिकारी श्रुति शर्मा की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में यात्रा को सुरक्षित, व्यवस्थित और श्रद्धालुओं के लिए सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए विभागवार जिम्मेदारियां तय की गईं। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस बार कावड़ यात्रा मार्ग पर सुरक्षा, सफाई, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं और यातायात प्रबंधन को लेकर किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि कावड़ यात्रा मार्ग का संयुक्त निरीक्षण किया जा चुका है और यात्रा के दौरान सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने के लिए पूरे मार्ग पर बैरिकेडिंग, सीसीटीवी कैमरे, ड्रोन निगरानी तथा पर्याप्त पुलिस एवं पीएसी बल की तैनाती की जाएगी। संवेदनशील और भीड़भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जाएगी ताकि किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को समय रहते रोका जा सके।

नगर पालिकाओं, नगर पंचायतों और पंचायत राज विभाग को निर्देश दिए गए कि कावड़ मार्ग, शिविर स्थलों और घाटों पर नियमित सफाई, चूना छिड़काव, मोबाइल शौचालय और पर्याप्त प्रकाश व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। साथ ही सड़क मार्ग को पूरी तरह गड्ढामुक्त रखने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।

कावड़ियों की सुविधा के लिए जल निगम और स्वास्थ्य विभाग को हर एक किलोमीटर पर शुद्ध पेयजल, ओआरएस घोल और स्वास्थ्य शिविर स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। जिला अस्पताल सहित सभी सीएचसी और पीएचसी में आपातकालीन सेवाओं को सक्रिय रखने, एंटी-वेनम, एंटी-रेबीज इंजेक्शन तथा जीवन रक्षक दवाओं का पर्याप्त भंडारण सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है। विद्युत विभाग को कावड़ मार्ग पर लटकते और जर्जर बिजली के तारों को तत्काल दुरुस्त करने तथा सभी विद्युत पोलों पर सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से अस्थायी पॉलीथिन टेपिंग कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। वहीं कावड़ शिविरों में नियमानुसार अस्थायी बिजली कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

 अग्निशमन विभाग को प्रत्येक प्रमुख शिविर स्थल पर फायर टेंडर और अग्निशमन उपकरणों के साथ तैनात रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग को कावड़ मार्ग पर स्थित होटल, ढाबों, फल विक्रेताओं और खाद्य सामग्री बेचने वालों की सघन जांच करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सभी दुकानों पर रेट लिस्ट प्रदर्शित करना अनिवार्य होगा ताकि श्रद्धालुओं से किसी प्रकार की मनमानी वसूली न हो सके।

यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारु बनाए रखने के लिए भारी वाहनों का रूट डायवर्जन प्रभावी रूप से लागू किया जाएगा। कावड़ियों के विश्राम और वाहनों की पार्किंग के लिए मुख्य मार्ग से अलग स्थान चिन्हित किए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा जिला स्तर पर 24 घंटे संचालित होने वाला एकीकृत कंट्रोल रूम भी स्थापित किया जाएगा, जहां से पूरी यात्रा की निगरानी की जाएगी।

पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने कहा कि सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करना होगा। सोशल मीडिया या अन्य माध्यमों से अफवाह फैलाने वाले तत्वों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून (एनएसए) के तहत भी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना ने बताया "कावड़ यात्रा हमारे जनपद के लिए आस्था, श्रद्धा और सामाजिक समरसता का एक बड़ा आयोजन है। प्रशासन का लक्ष्य है कि प्रत्येक कावड़िया सुरक्षित वातावरण में अपनी यात्रा पूरी कर सके। इसके लिए सभी विभागों को समयबद्ध तरीके से तैयारियां पूरी करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से पूरे मार्ग पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे, ड्रोन निगरानी, बैरिकेडिंग और पर्याप्त पुलिस बल की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। 

स्वास्थ्य विभाग को हर किलोमीटर पर चिकित्सा सहायता और पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सफाई व्यवस्था, प्रकाश व्यवस्था और यातायात प्रबंधन पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। कावड़ मार्ग पर कहीं भी अव्यवस्था या असुविधा नहीं होने दी जाएगी। हमारी अपील है कि सभी श्रद्धालु यातायात नियमों का पालन करें, प्लास्टिक का उपयोग न करें और प्रशासन का सहयोग करें। जनपदवासियों के सहयोग से इस वर्ष की कावड़ यात्रा को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ और ऐतिहासिक बनाया जाएगा।"

                                 

Administration on Alert for Kanwar Yatra 2026, Extensive Arrangements Reviewed in Hapur

Hapur, June 23, 2026: Preparations for the upcoming Kanwar Yatra 2026 were reviewed in a high-level meeting held at the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Kavita Meena, Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh, and Chief Development Officer Shruti Sharma. The meeting focused on ensuring the smooth, safe, and well-organized conduct of the annual pilgrimage during the holy month of Shravan.

The District Magistrate informed officials that a joint inspection of the Kanwar route had already been completed. She directed all concerned departments to ensure comprehensive security arrangements, including the installation of barricades, CCTV cameras, drone surveillance, and the deployment of adequate police and PAC personnel along the entire route. Special vigilance will be maintained at sensitive locations.

Municipal bodies and the District Panchayati Raj Department were instructed to maintain cleanliness at Kanwar routes, camps, and ghats. Officials were directed to ensure regular sanitation drives, lime sprinkling, mobile toilets, and proper lighting arrangements. Roads along the route must remain free from potholes.

To facilitate pilgrims, the Jal Nigam and Health Department have been directed to provide clean drinking water, ORS solutions, and medical camps at every one-kilometer interval along the route. Emergency services at all CHCs, PHCs, and the district hospital will remain fully operational. Adequate stocks of anti-venom injections, anti-rabies vaccines, and life-saving medicines will also be maintained.

The Electricity Department has been instructed to immediately repair hanging or damaged power lines along the route. Temporary protective insulation will be provided on electricity poles, while temporary power connections at Kanwar camps will be issued as per regulations. The Fire Department will station fire tenders and firefighting equipment at major camp locations.

The Food Safety Department has been directed to conduct intensive inspections of hotels, roadside eateries, fruit vendors, and food establishments operating along the Kanwar route. Displaying rate lists will be mandatory to prevent overcharging of pilgrims.

To ensure smooth traffic management, effective diversion plans for heavy vehicles will be implemented. Separate parking areas away from the main routes will be identified for Kanwariyas. A district-level integrated control room will also be established and will function round the clock to monitor the pilgrimage and coordinate emergency responses.

Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh emphasized the importance of inter-departmental coordination and warned that strict action would be taken against individuals spreading rumors or misinformation. He stated that action under the National Security Act (NSA) could also be considered against those attempting to disturb peace and harmony.

Appealing to devotees and residents, District Magistrate Kavita Meena said that the Kanwar Yatra symbolizes faith, discipline, and social harmony. She urged pilgrims to follow traffic regulations, avoid the use of plastic, and cooperate with the administration to make the pilgrimage safe, orderly, and memorable.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Magistrate Sandeep Kumar, all Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Circle Officers, Chief Medical Officer, District Supply Officer, Executive Officers of urban local bodies, Executive Engineers from the Public Works, Electricity and Jal Nigam departments, and representatives of various Kanwar organizations.
