कूड़े के ढेर में मिलीं पीएम-सीएम की तस्वीरों वाली विकास पुस्तिकाएं

हापुड़। नगरपालिका परिषद परिसर में प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री की तस्वीरों से सुसज्जित विकास पुस्तिकाएं कूड़े के ढेर में पड़ी मिलने का मामला सामने आने के बाद राजनीतिक और सामाजिक गलियारों में चर्चाओं का दौर तेज हो गया है। पुस्तिकाओं में पूर्व नगरपालिका चेयरमैन प्रफुल्ल सारस्वत के कार्यकाल में कराए गए विकास कार्यों का विवरण प्रकाशित किया गया था। इन पुस्तिकाओं का इस तरह कूड़े में पड़ा मिलना कई सवाल खड़े कर रहा है।

बताया जा रहा है कि नगरपालिका परिसर के एक हिस्से में बड़ी संख्या में विकास पुस्तिकाएं फेंकी हुई मिलीं। इन पुस्तिकाओं के कवर पेज पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह सहित कई प्रमुख नेताओं के चित्र प्रकाशित हैं। पुस्तिकाओं का उद्देश्य जनता तक विकास कार्यों की जानकारी पहुंचाना बताया गया था, लेकिन अब वही पुस्तिकाएं कूड़े के ढेर में पड़ी दिखाई देने से लोगों में नाराजगी देखने को मिल रही है।

स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि जिन पुस्तिकाओं को सरकारी योजनाओं और विकास कार्यों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित कराया गया था, उनका इस प्रकार निस्तारण किया जाना उचित नहीं माना जा सकता। लोगों ने इसे सार्वजनिक धन और जनप्रतिनिधियों के सम्मान से जुड़ा विषय बताते हुए मामले की जांच की मांग की है।

मामले की जानकारी सामने आने के बाद राजनीतिक चर्चाएं भी तेज हो गई हैं। कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि यदि पुस्तिकाएं अनुपयोगी हो चुकी थीं तो उनका विधिवत निस्तारण किया जाना चाहिए था। वहीं कूड़े में फेंके जाने से यह संदेश जा रहा है कि उनमें प्रकाशित शीर्ष नेतृत्व की तस्वीरों और विकास कार्यों की जानकारी को भी अनदेखा किया गया है

नगरपालिका परिसर में पुस्तिकाओं की तस्वीरें और वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर भी तेजी से वायरल हो रहे हैं। लोग सवाल उठा रहे हैं कि आखिर इतनी बड़ी संख्या में छपवाई गई पुस्तिकाएं जनता तक क्यों नहीं पहुंचीं और उन्हें कूड़े के ढेर में फेंकने की नौबत क्यों आई।

फिलहाल मामले को लेकर नगर पालिका प्रशासन की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है। हालांकि पूरे घटनाक्रम ने नगरपालिका की कार्यप्रणाली और विकास कार्यों के प्रचार-प्रसार पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। अब लोगों की निगाहें इस बात पर टिकी हैं कि प्रशासन इस मामले की जांच कर जिम्मेदारी तय करता है या नहीं।

Hapur: A controversy has erupted after development booklets carrying photographs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah were allegedly found lying in a garbage dump inside the Municipal Council premises. The booklets were reportedly published to highlight development works carried out during the tenure of former Municipal Chairman Praful Saraswat.

According to reports, a large number of these development booklets were discovered discarded in a waste area within the municipal campus. The publications contained details of civic development projects and achievements and prominently featured photographs of senior national and state leaders on their covers.
