जिला कारागार डासना का औचक निरीक्षण, बंदियों से सीधे संवाद कर परखी व्यवस्थाए

जिला न्यायाधीश, जिलाधिकारी कविता मीना और पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने शनिवार को जिला कारागार डासना का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने जेल की विभिन्न बैरकों, रसोईघर, अस्पताल सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण व्यवस्थाओं का गहनता से जायजा लिया और बंदियों को उपलब्ध कराई जा रही सुविधाओं की जानकारी प्राप्त की।

                     

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने जेल प्रशासन द्वारा बंदियों के लिए भोजन, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा संबंधी व्यवस्थाओं की स्थिति का अवलोकन किया। रसोईघर में भोजन की गुणवत्ता, साफ-सफाई तथा खाद्य सामग्री के रखरखाव की व्यवस्था की जांच की गई। वहीं जेल अस्पताल में भर्ती बंदियों के उपचार, दवाओं की उपलब्धता और चिकित्सा सुविधाओं के बारे में भी जानकारी ली गई।

अधिकारियों ने विभिन्न बैरकों में पहुंचकर बंदियों से सीधे संवाद किया और उनसे जेल में मिलने वाली सुविधाओं तथा उनकी समस्याओं के संबंध में फीडबैक लिया। इस दौरान बंदियों द्वारा बताई गई बातों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए, ताकि व्यवस्थाओं को और बेहतर बनाया जा सके।

जिला न्यायाधीश, जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक ने जेल परिसर में स्वच्छता, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने जेल प्रशासन को निर्देश दिए कि बंदियों के अधिकारों और उनकी मूलभूत सुविधाओं का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए तथा किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या सामने आने पर उसका समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने जेल प्रशासन को सुरक्षा मानकों का कड़ाई से पालन करने, संवेदनशील गतिविधियों पर सतर्क निगरानी रखने और बंदियों के पुनर्वास एवं सुधार से जुड़े कार्यक्रमों को प्रभावी ढंग से संचालित करने के निर्देश भी दिए। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि कारागारों में बेहतर व्यवस्थाएं और मानवीय दृष्टिकोण बंदियों के सुधार की प्रक्रिया में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।

औचक निरीक्षण के बाद अधिकारियों ने जेल प्रशासन की व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए, जिससे कारागार में सुरक्षा और सुविधाओं का स्तर और अधिक बेहतर बनाया जा सके।

                           

District Judge, DM and SP Conduct Surprise Inspection of Dasna District Jail, Review Inmate Facilities

Hapur: District Judge, District Magistrate Kavita Meena, and Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh conducted a surprise inspection of Dasna District Jail on Saturday. During the visit, the officials thoroughly inspected prison barracks, the kitchen, hospital, and other key facilities to assess the arrangements being provided to inmates.

The inspection focused on the quality of food, cleanliness, healthcare services, and overall security arrangements within the jail premises. The officials reviewed the functioning of the prison kitchen, checked hygiene standards, and examined the availability and management of food supplies. They also visited the jail hospital to assess medical facilities, treatment arrangements, and the availability of medicines for inmates.

Interacting directly with inmates in various barracks, the officials sought feedback regarding the facilities being provided and listened to their concerns and suggestions. The feedback was reviewed carefully, and necessary instructions were issued to the concerned officials to ensure further improvement in prison management and inmate welfare.

The District Judge, DM, and SP also inspected sanitation conditions, security measures, and administrative operations within the jail. They directed jail authorities to ensure that inmates' basic rights and essential facilities are maintained and that any issues raised are resolved in a timely manner.

Officials emphasized strict compliance with security protocols, continuous monitoring of sensitive activities, and the effective implementation of rehabilitation and reform programs for inmates. They noted that efficient prison management and a humane approach play a vital role in the reformation and rehabilitation of prisoners.

Following the inspection, the officials reviewed the overall arrangements and issued necessary directions aimed at strengthening security and enhancing the quality of facilities available at Dasna District Jail.
