थाना समाधान दिवस में गूंजीं जनसमस्याएं, पुलिस अधिकारियों ने दिए त्वरित निस्तारण के निर्देश

जनसुनवाई को प्रभावी बनाने और आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से शनिवार को जिले के विभिन्न थानों में थाना समाधान दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान पुलिस अधिकारियों ने फरियादियों की शिकायतें गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को उनके शीघ्र एवं निष्पक्ष निस्तारण के निर्देश दिए।

                     

थाना हाफिजपुर में आयोजित थाना समाधान दिवस के दौरान पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर ज्ञानंजय सिंह ने स्वयं उपस्थित होकर लोगों की समस्याएं सुनीं। उन्होंने भूमि विवाद, पारिवारिक मामलों, राजस्व संबंधी शिकायतों सहित विभिन्न मामलों में आए फरियादियों की बात ध्यानपूर्वक सुनकर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप प्रत्येक शिकायत का गुणवत्तापूर्ण और वास्तविक निस्तारण किया जाए, ताकि लोगों को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।

वहीं थाना पिलखुवा में आयोजित थाना समाधान दिवस में अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक विनीत भटनागर ने जनसुनवाई की। उन्होंने थाने पहुंचे नागरिकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि शिकायतों का निस्तारण निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि शिकायतों के समाधान में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी तथा प्रत्येक प्रकरण की निष्पक्ष जांच सुनिश्चित की जाए।

थाना समाधान दिवस के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में लोग अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुंचे। अधिकारियों ने शिकायतकर्ताओं को भरोसा दिलाया कि उनकी समस्याओं का निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से समाधान कराया जाएगा। पुलिस प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान और कानून व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाने के लिए थाना समाधान दिवस की व्यवस्था लगातार प्रभावी ढंग से संचालित की जा रही है।

जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम के दौरान राजस्व एवं पुलिस विभाग के अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे और शिकायतों के निस्तारण की प्रक्रिया को लेकर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की गई। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि आमजन की शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान ही प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है और इसके लिए सभी संबंधित विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय के साथ कार्य किया जा रहा है।

                           

Public Grievances Heard During Police Station Resolution Day, Officials Direct Prompt Disposal of Complaints

Hapur: To ensure effective public grievance redressal and timely resolution of citizens' issues, Police Station Resolution Day (Thana Samadhan Diwas) was organized at various police stations across the district on Saturday. Senior police officers interacted directly with complainants, heard their concerns, and issued necessary directions for the prompt and fair disposal of pending grievances.

At Hafizpur Police Station, Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh personally reviewed public complaints. He listened carefully to issues related to land disputes, family matters, revenue-related cases, and other grievances. The SP directed concerned officials to ensure quality and transparent resolution of complaints in accordance with government guidelines, so that citizens do not have to make repeated visits to government offices.

Meanwhile, at Pilkhuwa Police Station, Additional Superintendent of Police Vineet Bhatnagar conducted the public hearing session. He reviewed complaints submitted by local residents and instructed officials to resolve them within the prescribed time frame. He emphasized that negligence in grievance redressal would not be tolerated and that every complaint must be investigated impartially.

A large number of residents attended the grievance redressal programs and presented their concerns before the officials. The police officers assured complainants that their issues would be addressed in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner.

The district police administration reiterated that strengthening public trust and ensuring quick resolution of citizens' problems remain top priorities. Officials stated that Thana Samadhan Diwas is being conducted regularly to improve coordination between the police, administration, and the public while ensuring effective grievance redressal and better law-and-order management.

Revenue and police department officials were also present during the sessions and took necessary steps to facilitate the disposal of complaints. Authorities emphasized that providing timely justice and resolving public grievances efficiently remains a key focus of the administration.
