सीएमओ के निरीक्षण में खुली स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पोल, कई पीएचसी में डॉक्टर और कर्मचारी मिले नदारद

हापुड़: जिले के गढ़मुक्तेश्वर क्षेत्र के सरकारी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों का निरीक्षण करने पहुंचे मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (सीएमओ) को कई गंभीर कमियां देखने को मिलीं। निरीक्षण के दौरान कुछ प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में डॉक्टर और अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी अनुपस्थित पाए गए, जबकि मरीज इलाज के इंतजार में घंटों से बैठे हुए थे।

                         

दोतई प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में पहुंचे मरीजों ने सीएमओ से शिकायत की कि सुबह से अस्पताल आने के बावजूद उन्हें चिकित्सकीय सुविधा नहीं मिल सकी। जांच के दौरान ओपीडी में कोई डॉक्टर मौजूद नहीं मिला। स्थिति को देखते हुए सीएमओ ने स्वयं मरीजों की समस्याएं सुनीं, प्राथमिक परामर्श दिया और आवश्यक दवाएं उपलब्ध कराईं।

निरीक्षण के दौरान लैब टेक्नीशियन भी ड्यूटी पर नहीं मिले। इसके बाद सीएमओ ने संबंधित कर्मचारियों की अनुपस्थिति पर नाराजगी जताते हुए स्पष्टीकरण तलब किया।

इसके बाद बहादुरगढ़ स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का भी निरीक्षण किया गया, जहां साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थाओं में कई खामियां सामने आईं। अस्पताल परिसर की स्थिति पर असंतोष जताते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सुधार के निर्देश दिए गए।

सीएमओ ने कहा कि सरकारी अस्पतालों में मरीजों को समय पर और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना प्राथमिकता है। ड्यूटी में लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी और सभी कमियों को जल्द दूर कराया जाएगा।

                                

CMO Inspection Exposes Lapses at Government Health Centres, Doctors and Staff Found Absent

Hapur: A surprise inspection by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at government health centres in the Garhmukteshwar area revealed several shortcomings in healthcare services. Doctors and other medical staff were found absent at some Primary Health Centres (PHCs), while patients waited for hours without receiving treatment.

At Dotai PHC, patients informed the CMO that they had been waiting since morning but no doctor had attended to them. During the inspection, the outpatient department was found without a medical officer. To ensure patients received immediate assistance, the CMO personally interacted with them, offered basic medical advice, and arranged for the distribution of medicines.

The inspection also found that the laboratory technician was absent from duty. The CMO sought explanations from the concerned employees and expressed displeasure over the negligence.

A visit to the Bahadurgarh health centre also revealed poor sanitation and deficiencies in hospital management. Officials were directed to improve cleanliness and overall facilities without delay.

According to the CMO, providing timely and quality healthcare in government hospitals remains a priority. He stated that appropriate action would be taken against staff found negligent, and necessary improvements would be implemented to strengthen healthcare services.
