किसानों ने कलेक्ट्रेट पर हुंकार भर सरकार को चेताया, 15 सूत्रीय मांगपत्र सौंपा

भारतीय किसान यूनियन (अराजनैतिक) के नेतृत्व में सोमवार को किसानों ने अपनी विभिन्न ज्वलंत समस्याओं को लेकर कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचकर जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया और मुख्यमंत्री के नाम संबोधित ज्ञापन जिलाधिकारी को सौंपा। किसानों ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि उनकी समस्याओं का जल्द समाधान नहीं किया गया तो प्रदेशभर में व्यापक आंदोलन छेड़ा जाएगा। 

किसानों ने कहा कि खेती की लागत लगातार बढ़ रही है, जबकि किसानों को योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। अंश निर्धारण, नामांतरण, खतौनी संशोधन और भूमि विवाद जैसे मामलों के निस्तारण में हो रही देरी से किसानों को तहसील और सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने पड़ रहे हैं। किसानों ने इन सभी मामलों का समयबद्ध निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करने की मांग उठाई।

भाकियू पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि फार्मर आईडी बनाने की प्रक्रिया जटिल होने के कारण बड़ी संख्या में किसान योजनाओं से वंचित हैं। उन्होंने प्रक्रिया को सरल और पारदर्शी बनाने की मांग की। साथ ही डीएपी, यूरिया और अन्य उर्वरकों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करते हुए कालाबाजारी व ओवररेटिंग पर सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की। 

किसानों ने नकली बीज, कीटनाशक और मिलावटी उर्वरकों की बिक्री पर रोक लगाने, खराब बीज से प्रभावित किसानों को मुआवजा देने तथा दोषी कंपनियों व विक्रेताओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग भी उठाई। ज्ञापन में सभी फसलों की एमएसपी पर खरीद की गारंटी, फसल बीमा योजना को प्रभावी बनाने और प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से हुई क्षति का शीघ्र मुआवजा देने की मांग की गई।

किसानों ने आवारा पशुओं की समस्या को गंभीर बताते हुए इसके स्थायी समाधान की मांग की। साथ ही सिंचाई व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने, खराब सरकारी नलकूपों को चालू कराने और कृषि उपभोक्ताओं को पर्याप्त बिजली उपलब्ध कराने की मांग रखी। गन्ना किसानों के बकाया भुगतान को लेकर भी किसानों ने नाराजगी जताई और ब्याज सहित तत्काल भुगतान कराने की मांग की। 

                                  

उन्होंने कृषि यंत्रों, बीज और कृषि योजनाओं का लाभ बिना भेदभाव और भ्रष्टाचार के उपलब्ध कराने के साथ तहसील एवं जिला स्तर पर विशेष किसान समाधान शिविर लगाने की मांग भी की। किसानों ने कहा कि यदि उनकी मांगों को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया गया तो वे बड़े स्तर पर आंदोलन करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे, जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी शासन और प्रशासन की होगी।

Farmers Submit 15-Point Charter of Demands, Warn of Statewide Agitation if Issues Remain Unresolved

Farmers under the banner of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Apolitical) submitted a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh through the District Magistrate, highlighting a series of pressing issues affecting the farming community. The farmers demanded immediate intervention by the state government and warned of a large-scale agitation if their concerns are not addressed promptly.

In the memorandum, farmers stated that rising cultivation costs, administrative hurdles, fake agricultural inputs, and inadequate implementation of government schemes have pushed the farming sector into a difficult situation. They urged the government to take concrete steps to resolve these challenges and provide timely relief to farmers.

Among the key demands, the union sought the speedy disposal of pending inheritance and land partition cases, simplification of the Farmer ID registration process, and immediate resolution of technical and record-related discrepancies preventing eligible farmers from availing benefits under various schemes.

The farmers also demanded adequate availability of DAP, urea, and other fertilizers, along with strict action against black marketing, overpricing, and artificial shortages. They called for a complete crackdown on the sale of counterfeit seeds, pesticides, and adulterated fertilizers, and sought legal action against erring companies, traders, and officials involved in such practices.

The memorandum further demanded compensation for farmers affected by defective seeds and an impartial investigation into the seed distribution system. Farmers also urged the government to guarantee procurement of all crops at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) and ensure remunerative returns for agricultural produce.

Highlighting the need for better risk protection, the union called for effective implementation of the crop insurance scheme and timely compensation for losses caused by natural disasters, excessive rainfall, hailstorms, drought, pests, and crop diseases.

The farmers expressed concern over the growing menace of stray cattle damaging crops and demanded a permanent solution to the problem. They also sought improved irrigation facilities through canals, distributaries, and tube wells, as well as the immediate restoration of defunct government tubewells.

Other major demands included uninterrupted agricultural power supply, immediate payment of pending sugarcane dues with interest, transparent distribution of agricultural machinery and subsidies, and the organization of special grievance redressal camps at the district and tehsil levels.

The memorandum also called for time-bound disposal of land disputes, mutation cases, demarcation issues, and revenue-related matters. Additionally, the farmers demanded independent inquiries into the functioning of agriculture departments, cooperative societies, and seed depots across districts, with strict action against those found guilty of irregularities.

The union urged the government to treat the issues seriously and take swift action. Farmers warned that failure to address their demands could lead to a widespread public movement, for which the state administration would be held responsible.
