करोड़ों की विवादित जमीन पर कब्जे की कोशिश से मचा हड़कंप, दबंगों पर गार्डो को पीटने का आरोप

थाना हापुड़ देहात क्षेत्र में शनिवार को करोड़ों रुपये मूल्य की एक विवादित जमीन पर कब्जे को लेकर उस समय अफरा-तफरी मच गई, जब दर्जनों लोग लग्जरी वाहनों में सवार होकर फार्म हाउस परिसर में पहुंच गए। आरोप है कि कुछ लोगों ने मुख्य गेट तोड़ दिया, जबकि कई अन्य दीवार फांदकर परिसर में घुस गए। इसके बाद वहां मौजूद गार्डों और चौकीदारों के साथ जमकर मारपीट की गई तथा कार्यालय में तोड़फोड़ कर दहशत फैला दी गई। घटना के दौरान क्षेत्र में हड़कंप मच गया और लोगों की भीड़ एकत्र हो गई।

                         

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, लग्जरी गाड़ियों में पहुंचे लोगों के पास लाठी-डंडे और अन्य हथियार भी थे। आरोप है कि दबंगों ने फार्म हाउस की सुरक्षा में तैनात कई गार्डों और चौकीदारों को बेरहमी से पीटा। मारपीट में एक चौकीदार गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया, जिसे उपचार के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। वहीं कुछ लोगों को जबरन वाहनों में बैठाकर ले जाने का भी आरोप लगाया गया है। घटना के बाद से उनके संबंध में स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं मिल सकी है।

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही थाना देहात पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और हालात को नियंत्रित करने का प्रयास किया। पुलिस की तत्परता से बड़ा टकराव टल गया। बताया जा रहा है कि यदि समय रहते पुलिस हस्तक्षेप नहीं करती तो मामला और अधिक गंभीर रूप ले सकता था। पुलिस ने मौके से कई लोगों को हिरासत में लिया है तथा घटना में प्रयुक्त कई वाहनों को भी अपने कब्जे में ले लिया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, जिस जमीन को लेकर यह विवाद हुआ है, वह करोड़ों रुपये मूल्य की बताई जा रही है और इस संबंध में दोनों पक्षों के बीच मामला न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है। जमीन के स्वामित्व और कब्जे को लेकर विवाद लंबे समय से चल रहा है तथा मामला उच्च न्यायालय तक पहुंचा हुआ है। इसके बावजूद एक पक्ष द्वारा कथित रूप से बलपूर्वक कब्जा लेने की कोशिश किए जाने से क्षेत्र में कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए क्षेत्राधिकारी अनीता चौहान और एसडीएम इला प्रकाश भी मौके पर पहुंचीं। दोनों अधिकारियों ने संबंधित पक्षों को बुलाकर उनकी बात सुनी और न्यायालय में चल रहे वाद की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि जब मामला न्यायालय में लंबित है तो किसी भी पक्ष को कानून अपने हाथ में लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती।

अधिकारियों ने दोनों पक्षों को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि किसी ने भी कानून व्यवस्था बिगाड़ने या विवादित भूमि पर जबरन कब्जा करने का प्रयास किया तो उसके खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। फिलहाल एहतियातन विवादित जमीन को थाना देहात पुलिस ने अपने नियंत्रण में लेते हुए वहां ताला लगवा दिया है ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की अप्रिय स्थिति उत्पन्न न हो सके।

थाना प्रभारी का कहना है कि घटना की जांच की जा रही है। मौके पर मौजूद लोगों के बयान दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं तथा सीसीटीवी फुटेज और अन्य साक्ष्यों को भी खंगाला जा रहा है। जांच के आधार पर मारपीट, तोड़फोड़ और कानून व्यवस्था भंग करने के आरोपियों के खिलाफ विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

                                

Attempt to Seize Multi-Crore Disputed Land Sparks Chaos in Hapur, Police Take Control of Property

Hapur: Tension gripped the Hapur Dehat police station area on Saturday after a violent clash erupted over a disputed piece of land worth crores of rupees. According to allegations, a group of people arrived at the property in luxury vehicles and allegedly attempted to take possession of the land by force.

Eyewitnesses claimed that some individuals broke open the main gate, while others scaled the boundary wall and entered the farm premises. Soon after entering, they allegedly assaulted security guards and watchmen deployed at the site with sticks and rods. Extensive vandalism was also reported inside the office located on the property, creating panic in the area.

Sources said that the individuals involved were allegedly carrying weapons and were attempting to establish control over the disputed land. During the violence, several guards and watchmen were reportedly beaten. One watchman sustained serious injuries and was admitted to a hospital for treatment. Allegations have also been made that some security personnel were forcibly taken away in vehicles, and their whereabouts were not immediately known.

Upon receiving information, Hapur Dehat Police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. Police intervention reportedly prevented a major incident from taking place near the police station. Several individuals were detained, and a number of vehicles allegedly used in the incident were seized.

Officials said the land in question is the subject of an ongoing legal dispute between two parties and the matter is currently pending before the High Court. Despite the case being under judicial consideration, one side allegedly attempted to gain possession of the property through force, raising serious concerns about law and order.

Circle Officer Anita Chauhan and SDM Ila Prakash reached the spot and heard both sides. After reviewing details of the court case, they advised the parties to respect the legal process and refrain from taking the law into their own hands.

The officials warned that strict legal action would be taken against anyone attempting to disturb public order or forcibly occupy the disputed property. As a precautionary measure, Hapur Dehat Police have locked and taken control of the disputed land until the matter is resolved through legal proceedings.

Police stated that an investigation is underway. Statements of those present at the scene are being recorded, while CCTV footage and other evidence are being examined. Appropriate legal action will be taken against those found involved in assault, vandalism, and any attempt to disturb law and order. Police deployment has been increased in the area, and the situation is currently reported to be under control.
