यक्ष ऐप से अपराधियों पर शिकंजा और मजबूत, डीआईजी ने हिस्ट्रीशीटर डाटा शत-प्रतिशत अपडेट करने के दिए सख्त निर्देश

मेरठ रेंज में अपराध नियंत्रण और अपराधियों की डिजिटल निगरानी को और प्रभावी बनाने के लिए यक्ष ऐप को लेकर पुलिस महकमे ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। डीआईजी मेरठ रेंज कलानिधि नैथानी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए हैं कि हिस्ट्रीशीटरों के डाटा की शत-प्रतिशत शुद्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए और किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही पाए जाने पर जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी।

डीआईजी ने कहा कि खराब निगरानी के कारण यदि किसी अपराधी द्वारा दोबारा अपराध किया जाता है तो संबंधित अधिकारी की जवाबदेही तय होगी। जेल भेजे गए सभी अपराधियों का यक्ष ऐप में समयबद्ध और नियमित फीडिंग अनिवार्य किया गया है। साथ ही एसओएस और प्रसारण फीचर का अधिकतम उपयोग करने पर जोर दिया गया है, ताकि सूचना का त्वरित आदान-प्रदान हो सके और अपराधियों की धरपकड़ और तेज की जा सके।

डीआईजी ने बताया कि यक्ष ऐप यक्ष ऐप वर्तमान में अपराधियों के डिजिटल प्रोफाइल, सत्यापन, निगरानी और विश्लेषण का एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम बन चुका है। मेरठ रेंज में कई गंभीर मामलों का खुलासा इसी ऐप के माध्यम से हुआ है। नौचंदी क्षेत्र के कुटी चौराहा स्थित डिलीसियस बेकर्स गोलीकांड में संदिग्ध वाहन की सूचना एसओएस एवं प्रसारण फीचर के जरिए साझा कर दो अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया था, साथ ही हथियार और कार भी बरामद की गई थी।

उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस मुख्यालय के निर्देश पर समूचे रेंज में हिस्ट्रीशीटरों का विस्तृत खाका तैयार किया जा रहा है और सभी थानों में डाटा का भौतिक सत्यापन कर उसे अपडेट किया जा रहा है।

डीआईजी ने यह भी निर्देश दिए कि प्रत्येक हिस्ट्रीशीटर का पूरा विवरण जैसे माता का नाम, उपनाम, पहचान चिन्ह, जन्मतिथि और मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य रूप से दर्ज किया जाए। इसके अलावा नवीनतम फोटो, पहचान पत्र, ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग, जमानतदार और रिश्तेदारों का विवरण तथा प्राथमिकी का पूरा रिकॉर्ड सही तरीके से अपलोड किया जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि बीट पुलिस अधिकारी और चौकी प्रभारी नियमित सत्यापन कर प्राप्त सूचनाओं को समय पर अपडेट करें और क्षेत्राधिकारी तथा पुलिस अधीक्षक स्तर पर आकस्मिक जांच कर डाटा की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि यक्ष ऐप को केवल औपचारिकता नहीं बल्कि वास्तविक फील्ड इंटेलिजेंस के रूप में उपयोग किया जाए, ताकि निवारक पुलिसिंग से आगे बढ़कर सक्रिय पुलिसिंग को और मजबूत किया जा सके।

                                

Yaksh App Strengthens Criminal Monitoring, DIG Orders 100% Verification of History-Sheeters' Data

Meerut, June 22: In a major push to strengthen crime control and criminal surveillance, DIG Meerut Range, Kalanidhi Naithani, has directed police officials to ensure complete accuracy and timely updation of data related to history-sheeters on the Yaksh App. He warned that accountability would be fixed on concerned officials if any repeat offender commits a crime due to negligence in monitoring.

The DIG stated that the Yaksh App has emerged as an important tool for maintaining digital profiles of criminals, verification, surveillance, intelligence gathering, and crime analysis. He emphasized that all criminals sent to jail must be promptly entered into the app and their records updated regularly.

Highlighting the effectiveness of the platform, the DIG cited the recent shooting incident at Delicious Bakers near Kuti Chauraha in Meerut's Nauchandi area. Information about the suspected vehicle was immediately circulated through the app’s SOS and Broadcast features, enabling police teams to intercept the vehicle at Kithore Bus Stand and arrest two accused persons. Police also recovered the pistol, cartridges, and the Brezza car used in the crime. Several cases of theft, robbery, and other crimes have similarly been solved with the help of the Yaksh App.

To further strengthen the Uttar Pradesh Police’s zero-tolerance policy against crime, the Police Headquarters has launched a special drive across all districts of the range to ensure complete accuracy and quality of history-sheeters' records. Physical verification of each criminal's details is being carried out, and the information is being updated on the app.

The DIG instructed officials to make maximum use of the SOS and Broadcast features for the rapid sharing of critical information, suspicious activities, details of wanted criminals, and crime-related alerts. He also directed that every history-sheeter's profile must include mandatory details such as the mother's name, aliases, identification marks, date of birth, and mobile number.

Additionally, the latest photograph, identity documents, audio recordings, bailer details, relatives' and friends' information, and FIR records must be uploaded and regularly updated. Any discrepancies in criminal history, FIR numbers, or sections of law must be corrected immediately.

The DIG further directed Station House Officers to conduct regular reviews of criminal data, while Circle Officers and Superintendents of Police should carry out random inspections to assess data quality. Beat officers and outpost in-charges have also been instructed to upload field verification reports and intelligence inputs in a timely manner.

He stressed that information collected during arrests, verifications, and beat policing should not be treated as a mere formality but should be utilized as actionable field intelligence. The objective, he said, is to move beyond preventive policing and strengthen proactive policing through technology-driven surveillance and intelligence gathering.
